Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can evaluate AI Tracker before paying anything.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again after that. We don't charge cancellation fees.
If you're not satisfied after being charged, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests after the 14-day window are considered case by case — email us and we'll take a look.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Paddle, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Your subscription quantity (and bill) adjusts automatically when you add or remove a tracked site — changes are pro-rated for the remainder of your billing period, so you're never charged for a site you've already removed.
