Terms of Service

1. What AI Tracker is

AI Tracker (“we”, “us”) is a website analytics service that detects visits from AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini) to a customer's website, and presents that data in a dashboard. Customers install a lightweight connector (WordPress plugin, Cloudflare Worker, PHP snippet, or Node middleware) on their own website, which forwards detected AI-agent visit metadata to our service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential. You're responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, billed at $99 per tracked site per year. Payment processing and billing are handled by Paddle.com, our payment provider and Merchant of Record — Paddle handles your payment details, invoicing, and sales tax; we never see or store your card details. Adding or removing a tracked site adjusts your subscription quantity and bill automatically (pro-rated).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AI Tracker to track a website you don't own or have authorization to monitor
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, API authentication, or other technical restrictions
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the service without our written consent
• Reverse engineer our detection or verification logic, or use it to build a competing product
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

5. Connectors

The connectors we distribute (WordPress plugin, Cloudflare Worker, PHP snippet, Node middleware) are licensed for use only on your own tracked sites, subject to an active subscription, and may not be redistributed, resold, or reverse-engineered into a competing service.

6. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or the detection of every AI agent or crawler. AI Tracker is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Tracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
