Everything you need to go from “never used AI Tracker” to seeing real AI-bot visits on your dashboard — written for people with no technical background. Start at the top of the sidebar and work down; each page only assumes you've done the one before it.

What is AI Tracker?

AI Tracker shows you when AI systems — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and others — visit your website. Every time one of these AI tools reads a page on your site (to answer a user's question, to crawl it for its search index, or to gather training data), AI Tracker detects it and logs it, the same way Google Analytics logs human visitors. You get a dashboard showing which AI platforms are visiting, which of your pages they're reading, and how often — data that's otherwise completely invisible to you.

How it works, in plain terms

You install a small, free piece of code on your website (called a “connector” — most people use our WordPress plugin). It watches for requests that look like they're coming from an AI system, and quietly tells our servers whenever one happens. We double-check the visit is genuinely from that AI company (not just someone pretending to be one) and add it to your dashboard. That's the whole mechanism — no code to write, no technical maintenance after the one-time setup.

The 3 steps, start to finish

  1. Create a free account (no credit card, 7-day trial)
  2. Install the connector on your website (WordPress, or another platform)
  3. Watch AI visits appear on your dashboard, usually within minutes
